How It Works
1. You describe the project
Tell us the property address, the staircase shape, what you want changed and your timing. Photos are not required in the form; the contractor may ask for them.
2. We check the address
Launch coverage is Ansley Park, an intown Atlanta neighborhood in Midtown, Fulton County, Georgia (ZIP 30309), plus the directly adjacent intown neighborhoods of Midtown and Piedmont Heights. Every property address is checked before a referral is promised.
3. We share your request with an independent contractor
Your request is shared with a relevant independent contractor who has confirmed they serve the launch coverage area. Contractors are separate businesses. We do not employ them, supervise their work or guarantee their results.
4. The contractor contacts you
The contractor reaches out, usually arranges an in-person look and gives you their own estimate. Scope, price, schedule, licensing, insurance and any warranty are matters to confirm directly with the contractor.
What we do not do
