Frequently Asked Questions
Referral service questions
Is Ansley Park Stair Remodeling a contractor?
No. We are a referral service. We share your request with an independent staircase contractor who serves the launch coverage area. That contractor gives the estimate and, if you hire them, does the work.
Which addresses do you cover?
At launch, Ansley Park in Midtown Atlanta (ZIP 30309), plus the directly adjacent intown neighborhoods of Midtown and Piedmont Heights. A ZIP code alone does not confirm coverage, so we check each address.
Is Ansley Park part of Atlanta?
Yes. Ansley Park is an intown neighborhood within the City of Atlanta, on the east side of Midtown in Fulton County, Georgia.
Does it cost anything to request an estimate?
Submitting a request on this site is free. Any pricing for the work comes from the contractor.
Who will see my information?
Your request is shared with a relevant independent contractor so they can contact you. See the privacy policy for details.
Do you publish prices?
No. Stair projects depend on conditions a contractor has to see. Our pricing factors guide explains what affects cost.
Will I get marketing messages?
Only if you choose to opt in to marketing messages. It is optional and separate from your estimate request.
